Knowledge of the care pathway is particularly important as part of a customer-focused approach. Understanding of the patient’s care pathway gives us a better knowledge of the difficulties faced by practitioners in optimising the care of their patients, and for a company, it means that the product brand can be complemented by a service, while at the same time engaging the teams on the ground in a new way of communicating with greater value.
The approach is pragmatic:
-Work on a simple theoretical approach
Face-to-face training of field teams in the ‘Care Pathway’ approach
-If a project is identified, submit the project file to a project committee for a go or no go decision.
